NBC nips CBS for Tuesday night ratings win

The Voice was the strongest program of the night, and it had enough oomph to hold CBS and its NCIS double-header to 2nd place. ABC nipped Fox in the race for 3rd, and CW did well enough to tie Univision for 5th.
