NAB less than enamored by FCC’s “old college try”

NAB / National Association of BroadcastersThe National Association of Broadcasters reiterated the reasons it has hauled to FCC into court – to the FCC itself in support of broadcaster seeking modification of the incentive auction proceeding, which it states includes the FCC’s attempt to put “lipstick on a pig.”

The NAB cites three areas in particular where it takes serious issue with the FCC’s approach.
