Mobile App Now Live For 2016 Radio Show

fullsizerenderAttendees of the 2016 Radio Show, set to begin Sept. 21 in Nashville, can now “Reach beyond” the paper booklet and obtain everything they need to map out their conference plans through the comfort of a smartphone app.

Registered conference attendees can download the app from the iTunes or Google Play store.

Once they’ve typed in their registration ID and access code, users will be able to access the complete Radio Show schedule and search sessions and special events, including the pre-show Career Networking Event set for 1:30pm-4pm Central.

The app also includes interactive floor maps, has an exhibitor tab and social media integration, allowing for direct Twitter and Facebook access.

The Radio Show officially kicks off at 8pm CT with a party in the Legends Ballroom featuring country music act LOCASH and ABC Radio Pop EDM resident audio mixologist, DJ Ikon.

With Jennifer Nettles the headline entertainer at the Sept. 21 NAB Marconi Radio Awards Reception, Dinner & Show, sponsored by DTS’s HD Radio, country music fans will also be pleased to have a meet-and-greet session over mimosas as the conference concludes Sept. 23. The session, set for 9am-11am, will put the spotlight on five-time Grammy winner Wynonna Judd.

Meanwhile, the MIW Radio Group is presenting a one-on-one conversation with country artist and television star Kellie Pickler on Sept 21 from 1:45p.m-2:30pm in Broadway AB, inside the convention center.

The session will discuss the unique perspective on achieving success in the music industry as a woman.

“Nash FM” on-air talent Kelly Ford will moderate the session.

Meanwhile, the Radio Show Podcast provides attendees with the latest on digital advertising growth trends, the secrets to building a marketable online persona, and the cutting-edge marketing tactics that fuel success at radio stations and syndicated radio shows across the U.S., serving as a show “preview.”
