Licensing lawsuit remains pending

RMLCParties in both of the main broadcast streams – television and radio – have been seasick of SESAC, to the point of taking the agency to court on antitrust concerns. One case is over, but another is not.


The Radio Music Licensing Committee announced it was taking SESAC to court back in 2012, following by a period of a few years a similar suit launched by the Television Music Licensing Committee.
