NASHVILLE, TENN. — According to SNL Kagan, this year is shaping up to have the lowest total number of transactions since 1982.
Lou McDermott, a broker with Tucson, Ariz.-based Kalil & Co., agrees.
“Statistically, it is a slow year for transactions,” he says. But, he adds, “The important thing is that it doesn’t feel like it. It feels like things are busier.”
In an exclusive interview with RBR + TVBR, McDermott says the team at Kalil is “definitely busy,” and slightly busier than in Q3 2015.
