It may not matter much now, given the election of Donald Trump as U.S. president, but the FCC received more than 400 ex parte filings between Oct. 16 and Nov. 16, as attorneys, corporations and trade association representatives let it be known where they stand on important issues the Commission had been contending with — most of which hang in the balance.


According to Law360, four top companies and groups who saw ex parte communications posted publicly by the FCC during the 30-day period.
