Scott-GoldbergScott Goldberg is now the midday Information Network anchor for ABC News Radio, filling the role previously held by Cheri Preston, who moved to morning drive newscasts for the ABC News Radio Information Network in December.

Goldberg will anchor national newscasts during midday hours each weekday.

Since joining ABC News Radio in 2012, Goldberg has covered a range of major stories including both Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, the manhunt for the Boston Marathon bombing suspects and two presidential elections. He will continue using his reporting skills and this summer will travel to Rio for the 2016 Summer Olympics.

Vice President and General Manager of ABC Radio Steve Jones made the announcement.
