Noncom religious group Family Stations has been in spin mode of late, and now two of its recent deals are closed. In the hands of new owners are an FM station in Tampa-St. Petersburg and a Class A television station in San Francisco.

The bigger of the two deals was for KFTL-CD San Francisco. Family sold that station to Locuspoint networks for $6.65M. The deal was filed with the FCC 11/5/12.

91.7 MHz WFTI-FM in the Tampa-St. Petersburg market went to Radio Training Network in a $2.5M deal.

Media Venture Partners worked on both deals on behalf of the seller.
