After surviving what is shaping up to be a rugged first quarter, radio group Entercom is looking forward to positive events during the remainder of the year. First and foremost is closing its acquisition of the Lincoln Financial group, and after that, perhaps rewarding shareholders.
Standing in the way of the deal closing is the Department of Justice.
