Adopting the DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) standard would be the best option for not only revitalizing AM here in the US, said DRM Consortium Chairperson Roxandra Obreja. In a letter to the FCC, the Consortium says full digitization using the DRM standard could be the easiest of the many options proposed for the revitalization of AM.
