The sale of a pair of Texas television stations in the state’s two largest markets has been consummated, according to brokerage firm Kalil & Co. The deal sent KNWS-TV Houston and KLDT-DT Dallas from debtors-in-possession Johnson Broadcasting to Alta-backed Una Vez Mas Texas. According to Kalil, the price was $24.8M. The buyer has 39 stations scattered throughout the US.
