Cumulus Taps Marvin Kopman

Cumulus announced Marvin Kopman has been named Vice President and Market Manager of its seven-station cluster in Montgomery, AL. Kopman moves to Montgomery from Dayton, OH, where he was Director of Sales for Clear Channel’s eight-station cluster. He also spent 10 years with CBS in Tampa as Sales Manager.

Gary Pizzati, Senior Vice President, Cumulus said: “Marvin and I have been in conversations over the last year. We needed to find the right fit for his experience and tenure. Leading our large station group in Montgomery was that fit. Marvin has the experience, energy and drive to take our stations to the next level.”

Kopman’s appointment is effective immediately.
