Sen. John Thune (R-SD) is calling the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation to order Wednesday 4/22/15 to discuss how weather information is shared and used. KELO-TV Chief Meteorologist Dr. Jay Trobec will share the broadcast perspective as a member of the witness panel.
The hearing is entitled “Weathering the Storm: How Can We Better Communicate Weather to Enhance Commerce and Safety?” It kicks off at 10AM eastern.
