Comcast ‘Will Be Hustling To Compete’

Comcast-logoComcast SVP/CFO Mike Cavanagh is in a great position.


His company owns NBCUniversal, has a sizable national footprint for its MSOs, and also has some Universal Studios theme parks that bring in some decent profits.

But the focal point of Cavanagh’s keynote presentation Wednesday (12/7) at the 44th annual UBS Global Media and Communications Conference in New York was Comcast’s cable television and broadband internet service packages.

With optimism and trust in his company’s offerings, Cavanagh told attendees, “We have a great value to bring to the market. We will be hustling to compete.”
