LPTVThis one was in the mark-down bin. K36LM-D, at this point in the construction permit phase of its existence, is going to a new buyer at a lower price than a year and a half ago.

The station is licensed to Grand Junction CO.

The seller is R&D Media Group Inc., headed by President Rubin Rodriguez.

The buyer is KGBY Partnership, headed by Jeff Chang.

The price will be $5,000.

An earlier deal for the CP was filed 4/4/13, in which this CP was to be sold to John Kyle’s King Forward Inc. for $15,000, was not consummated.

Kyle, under the name DTV America, has been buying up LPTV CPs like other people buy bread and milk, usually for $4K a pop.
