Audacy Corp. has selected an individual who will be placed in a role that gives her leadership of the team members responsible for the technology platforms for Audacy’s revenue organization, "ensuring that roadmaps and requirements are prioritized for vendors and IT ad tech engineers, aligned with ad product strategy and revenue goals, and optimized to meet business operational needs."

She's been a territory Sales Manager for Nature's Variety, a brand of pet products. Early career highlights include a tenure as Director of Affiliate Sales for Sony/SW Networks. She's mostly remembered for her 10+-year tenure at Premiere Radio Networks. Now, this ex-radio industry pro has cued up an industry return.

As Owner/Director of DMC STUDIO in Buenos Aires, he specializes in radio arts, sound stories, commercials, field recording, sound design and mixing.  Now, he can add NYF Radio Awards Advisory Board member to his resumé.

He most recently was the Senior Vice President of Research & Sales Strategy for NBCUniversal's Domestic Television Distribution unit, his professional home for two decades. Now, he's on board the fast-growing visual media company owned by Byron Allen.

The Radio Advertising Bureau at its recent Fall Board of Directors meeting selected a new slate of officers and directors. The choices were approved unanimously.

The Library of American Broadcasting Foundation’s annual celebration of the distinguished individuals who have brought the electronic arts to the prominence they occupy in the U.S. and the world today, and who have set the stage for the future, is on track for Tuesday at Gotham Hall.

It may have a shared services agreement with Scripps that sees the familiar news anchors of WPTV-5 also appear on the FOX affiliate serving West Palm Beach, but its sales and marketing are the responsibility of the licensee.  That station owner has named a new General Manager, who will also serve as GSM.

She joined Sinclair Broadcast Group five years ago as GSM for its Wichita and Hutchinson, Kansas, television operations. She also worked for Connoisseur Media. Now, she's been promoted to VP/GM.

For 22 years and one month, through the end of 2019, he was a key audio ad sales leader with ESPN. He then took a role in sales at Audacy Corp., and rose to VP of Enterprise Sales at the company in March 2021. In October 2022, he exited Audacy. Now, he's resurfaced at Global's digital advertising platform.

A Regional Digital Program Director has been named by iHeartMedia, and this will see an individual handle the strategy, audience growth, and maximizing iHeartMedia’s digital platforms in both Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Gray Television is expanding its news services, and as part of that effort has promoted from within to fill the slot of Vice President of News Services. The appointment comes as Gray confirmed it will launch a new in-house division to provide news research and news consulting services for its television stations.

Now owned by Nexstar Media Group, rapidly evolving broadcast television network The CW has appointed a new Executive VP of Distribution, Strategy, and Affiliate Relations. In related news, communications head Paul Hewitt is being replaced, and he'll exit after 22 years at the network.

Most recently, he was VP/GM of Sinclair Broadcast Group's two Wichita, Kansas stations. Now, he's heading to Northern California to serve as VP/GM of the three television stations owned by Sinclair in Chico — and will also oversee Sinclair's shared services agreement with the market's FOX affiliate.

He started as VP/Government Affairs and later rose to SVP/Government Affairs at ACA Connects, where he spent nearly 15 1/2 years until exiting in August. Now, Ross Lieberman has resurfaced. In fact, he's been in his new job since September 12, but his new employer has only decided to share the news today.

The Hispanic Marketing Council (HMC) has selected the Vice President of Media Integration at Zubi, a longtime advertising executive in the U.S. Hispanic market, as its new Chair. She previously served as Treasurer of the organization formerly known as "AHAA."
