SoldDeals involving two Carolinas, two buyers, three sellers, six stations and one broker have made it to the finish line. Broker: Mark Jorgenson, Jorgenson Broadcast Brokerage
And here they are:

Salem has completed its $550K acquisition of WLTE-FM Pendleton NC from Carolina-Georgia Wireless. The station serves the Greenville –Spartanburg SC market.

In another deal, Salem now owns W275BJ Pickens SC, which it acquired from Tugart Properties for $185K. It’s also in the Greenville –Spartanburg SC market.

Art Sutton was a principal in both of the previously-mentioned sellers.

Educational Media Foundation acquired WMHK-FM Columbia SC and three Charlotte facilities, WRCM-FM Indian Trail, WGWG-FM Boiling Springs, and W268BU Mooresville, in at $10.5M deal with Columbia International University.
