Detail-oriented team player with excellent bookkeeping skills, demonstrated customer service and communication skills are a pre-requisite for this position. Need to be self-motivated, organized, and enjoy diversified duties. Computer experience and proficiency with A/R, A/P, Payroll and GL. Additional responsibilities include assisting traffic personnel in producing and reconciling daily commercial logs, broadcast orders, manage inventory, schedule commercial copy and maintain records. Need a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work with other departments in constantly changing environments. Full-time position preferred, but willing to consider Part-time position. College preferred or equivalent experience.
Excellent bookkeeping skills, demonstrated customer service and communication skills are a pre-requisite for this position. Computer experience and demonstrated proficiency with A/R, A/P, Payroll and GL are required. Prior Traffic experience and proficiency with computer programs is a definite plus.
Enclosed vehicle in good operating condition required. We are located approximately two miles north of the city and weather conditions demand a four wheel, all wheel or front wheel drive vehicle with good ground clearance.
