Building a client movement
A big goal of mine going forward is to create “client movements.” And I think it can be something any sales person or manager in the media world would benefit from doing themselves as well.
What is a client movement? My personal definition is when we are doing such great, unique, and community driven work for a client that instead of just being a partner we are creating a movement with that client. People are talking about the work the client is doing and the client is so excited about what is happening that they are naturally spreading the word of your work and what you can do for their friends.
