Broadcasters Take on FCC JSA Ruling

GavelThe case is Howard Stirk Holdings LLC v. Federal Communications Commission and United States of America. The issue is the FCC’s decision prohibit many of the joint sales agreements or JSAs which have been a part of standard operating procedure in the television business for many years.


Nexstar Broadcasting  Stirk and the NAB joined in filing a brief with the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
