ATBA believes FCC is failing LPTV

LPTVThe Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance calls itself an interested party in regards to the incentive auction, and it believes the FCC is running roughshod over LPTV stations in three distinct ways.

First and foremost, it believes the FCC is trying to conduct the main event as soon as is humanly possible, when in fact, it should be trying to conduct a successful incentive auction while preserving as many existing stations as possible. ATBA notes that millions of Americans rely on these stations for service.
