DealThe compensation package attached to the transfer of KJAA-AM and KQSS-FM in Arizona is, in a word, unique.

The stations serve unrated territory east of Phoenix.

The “seller” is William D. Taylor.

The stations are going to Globecasting Inc., equally owned by Rollye and Jon Cornell.

The price has essentially already been paid. It is “services rendered.”

KQSS-FM is licensed to Miami AZ It’s a Class A on 101.9 Hz with 6 kW @ -78’

KJAA-AM Globe AZ is a Class C on 1240 kHz with 1 kW-U, ND
