Gray Television, a company which makes no bones about its minimal interest in the incentive auction, has made another deal in a DMA with very little auction potential. We’re talking Sioux Falls SD.
And the station it’s acquiring is an LPTV, a class of license that has no potential in the auction as it stands regardless of where it’s located.
