A Texas FM radio station broadcasting religious content in Spanish is changing hands. And it won’t take much cash to make it happen.
The station is KRVP-FM Falfurrias TX. It operates in the reserved band as a Class A on 91.5 MHz with 650 W @ 177’.
Falfurrias is in unrated territory, southwest of Corpus Christi, north of McAllen and close to neither.
The price can be settled with just one of those green rectangular pieces of paper that bears a very popular engraving of George Washington.
Ernesto Garza Jr. is associated with both the buyer and the seller in this case. The seller is Oasis of Faith Inc., and the buyer is Christian Ministries of the Valley Inc. The buyer owns a number of stations throughout the state of Texas.
