Tech and media consumption will increase across all formats by 2020, technology and media consultancy Activate states in the opening pages of its just-released 177-page Tech and Media Outlook 2017 – its annual state-of-the-industries report for the converging world of the internet and media entertainment.


But here’s a takeaway that will excite radio and digital audio companies while simultaneously serving as another convulsion-causer for TV’s C-Suite: video time is moderating, with audio time growing at a faster pace.
