aaron kleinSalem Communications announced Aaron Klein Investigative Radio makes its move from 77 WABC to AM 970 The Answer on 5/4 7-9pm.  He’s hosted the show for the last 4 years.  The show airs from Tel Aviv, and deals with the hotbed of Muslim extremists and how they are trying to bring down the state of Israel.

Klein follows in the footsteps of Mike Gallagher and John Gambling, both who once worked for Boyce at 77 WABC and now work for him across the street at The Answer.

The addition was announced by Salem VP/Director of Spoken Word Format Phil Boyce: “I am thrilled to be joining Salem Radio and AM 970 The Answer to bring energetic, news-driven, live talk radio to the Sunday night line-up,” said Klein.  “Together, we will prove there is a major audience for weekend talk radio if the content is compelling enough.”

Klein is a frequent critic of the Obama administration and its efforts to broker peace in the Middle East, especially if those efforts involve negotiating with terrorists.

“I am particularly excited about the opportunity to work with Phil Boyce after hearing from various colleagues for years about his legendary programming career,”  Said Klein.

Boyce returned the compliment, adding “After years of competing with Aaron Klein and his program on WABC we now have grabbed him to join our new and re-vamped lineup on AM 970 The Answer. I have had so many people ask me if we could bring Aaron over to our station and it is a pleasure to do so.  He fits our station and our attitude just fine and I can’t wait to see what he is going to break next.”

Klein joins the newly re-vamped lineup of AM 970 where recent additions include Joe Piscopo in the morning,  John Gambling at 11am and Joe Walsh at 5pm–all Monday thru Friday–and the Cat’s Roundtable with former NYC Mayor candidate John Catsimatidis on Sunday mornings at 9am.
