Noncommercial KYRQ-FM CP is changing hands. The Class A is heading from Community Public Radio Inc., headed by Penny Jackson, to St. Jude Broadcasting, headed by Gerald M. Benavides Jr., Alicia M. Benavides and Jennifer B. Cremeens. The price for the station, licensed to Natalia TX, will by $50K cash. Natalia is just outside of San Antonio.
