50 states to Senate: Protect local TV

NASBASenate Commerce Committee leaders Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) and John Thune (R-SD) have proposed to help consumers cut their cable bills by opting out of broadcast channels while providing consumers no relief from other cable costs. All 50 state broadcast associations have collaborated on a letter which explains in detail the incredible and unbelievable mischief contained in this proposal.
